SAN ANTONIO — Who says you can’t win big in Las Vegas?

After a stellar summer league run with the Spurs in Sin City, former Memphis Tiger David Jones-Garcia earns himself an NBA contract with San Antonio. According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, Jones-Garcia agreeing to a two-way deal with the Spurs after being named first team all-summer league, averaging almost 22 points a game and shooting 53 percent from both the floor and three-point range for the 4 and 1 Spurs.

The former Tiger bet on himself.

He reportedly turned down a two-million-dollar deal to join the Greek team Olympiacos in order to try to stick in the NBA and stick he has with a loaded and talented San Antonio team.
