Weekend weather: Average today, temps soar next week

Temperatures are trending just a few degrees cooler Saturday which will land us around our seasonal high (92 degrees). It will be humid as well so heat advisories are in effect for heat indexes around 105 degrees.

There’s a slight chance of an isolated afternoon storm so we’re keeping rain chances around 30%. Any storm you find yourself under may produce some briefly heavy downpours.

Temperatures soar again starting next week.

HOURLY AND SEVEN-DAY FORECASTS

We’ll be in the mid 90s Sunday but the upper 90s Monday. Highs will be right around 98/99 degrees Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Rain chances will be fairly low.
