When I arrived in Memphis, I really missed the flavors of my country and also those unique combinations in our food. And I thought, since I had the ability to cook, I could offer the community a place where they could find those traditional flavors that represent our Latino community.

My motivation comes from many places, especially my customers. When they come into the shop and see what I have here, they either call me by name or enjoy what I do. It keeps me highly motivated every day to face new challenges.
