A Germantown High School graduate is the new “Miss Black Tennessee.”
Ty Thomas will compete next month to become Miss Black USA!
Thomas is “2 Legit 2 Quit On Our Dreams” and is making sure kids know they are as well.
It’s her platform as Miss Black Tennessee.
