Chef Robert “Duke” Wiggins is here to prepare a Crispy Pork Cutlet .

B.B. King’s Blues Club Crispy Pork Cutlet
Ingredients:
2 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
Cajun Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup olive oil or vegetable oil​

Method:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a skillet on medium high until it starts to simmer.

Step 3: Season each pork chop with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper (to your liking).
Step 4: Combine the flour and breadcrumbs in one bowl.
Step 5: In a separate bowl, dip each pork chop in buttermilk first and then the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 6: Place both breaded pork chops in the skillet. Sear one side for 2 to 3 minutes until it is golden brown.
Step 7: Flip the pork chops and put the entire skillet in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
Step 8: Serve with our garlic roasted mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans, and enjoy!
