Chef Robert “Duke” Wiggins stopped by to show us how to make B.B. King’s Famous Lip Smacking Ribs.

 

 

Famous Lip Smacking Ribs

Score the ribs (breaks up the skin on the ribs)

 

Make the Rub

  • 2 cups kosher salt
  • 2 cups ground black pepper
  • 1 cup paprika
  • 4 cups BBQ rub seasoning

 

Make the Juice

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup liquid smoke
  • 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup water

4 hours at 350°
