MEMPHIS, Tenn. — United States Marshals arrested a 15-year-old on charges of second degree murder on Wednesday.

The Marshals apprehended the suspect at Memphis-area high school.

The Marshals said a 17-year-old was killed in a shooting Aug. 14 on E. Olive Avenue in South Memphis. The Marshal’s service would not confirm the victim’s identity.

However, 17-year-old Kentravis Vaughn was shot on August 14 on E Olive Ave.
