MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police have identified two men wanted for stealing Dixie the dog, who was taken from her owners’ car earlier this month.
Warrants have been issued for 31-year-old Eugene Richmond and 36-year-old Tamgium Carr.
Carr faces charges for burglary – to wit: motor vehicle and theft of property over $500.
Richmond faces charges for accessory after the fact – to wit: burglary (motor vehicle) and theft of property over $500.
