(Memphis) Thirty year-old Angel Scott is facing charges of aggravated assault after police say she threatened her former landlord, which evicted her, while holding a 2×4.

Police arrested Scott claiming she threatened the landlord with her mother who was holding a metal pipe and her boyfriend who brandished a gun.

There is a warrant out for Scott’s mother and boyfriend.

No one was hurt in this incident.

“False statements are being made. She is constantly going down there saying we are bothering her, really we just want peace with this,” said Scott.

“I mean I feel bad for the family. I really do. It’s just right now it’s unspeakable. It’s been a lot going on with threats and everything.  We’ve just been trying to stay clear,” said Lavita Colbert who is the landlord’s sister.

This is the latest in a feud between two families that left 15 year-old Corderius Webb dead.

Webb is Scott’s brother.

Webb was shot and killed on Spottswood as his family was arguing with Scott’s former land lord April 29th.

Police have charged Webb and Scott’s brother, 18 year-old Dewayne Mckissack with the murder.

Police said Mckissack was firing at others when he shot and killed his brother.

Mckissack is charged with second degree murder and has a $500,000 bond.

He is also accused of attempted murder for firing and several others.
