MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Looking for plans this Fourth of July holiday? WREG’s got you covered with a list of events from Arkansas, Memphis, to Mississippi.

The City of West Memphis is kicking off the holiday with its annual Freedom Fest at Tilden Rogers Park on Friday, June 27.

There will be food trucks, fire trucks, and live music featuring Iyuana Patrice and the Elevation Memphis Tina Turner Tribute Experience. The fireworks show starts at sunset.

The event opens at 5 p.m.

The Town of Collierville is having its annual Independence Day Celebration at the HW Cox Park on Thursday, July 3.

  • 6:00 p.m. – Food vendors open
  • 7:00 p.m. – Entertainment begins
  • 9:30 p.m. – Fireworks grand finale

The Bartlett Fireworks Extravaganza will be held at the Bobby K. Flaherty Municipal Center on Thursday, July 3.

6 p.m. – Opening Ceremony will include the Posting of the Colors by the Bartlett Police and Fire Departments Honor Guard, the National Anthem featuring the Bartlett Community Concert Band and David Skelton, and the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States.
6:15 p.m. – Bartlett Community Concert Band
7:15 p.m. – Mayor David Parsons will welcome everyone, recognize the elected officials and the Servicemen and women, Veterans, and their families that are in attendance.

Memphis Parks and the City of Memphis are hosting a free Liberty for All event at Tiger Lane near the Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.

They will have a big fireworks show, live performances, kids’ inflatables, fun activities, carnival games, face painting, food trucks, and more.

The event takes place on Thursday, July 3, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

The Downtown Memphis Commission is having Independence Day on the River, bringing back fireworks to the riverfront.

This event is a family-friendly celebration at three locations – River Garden Park, Fourth Bluff Park, and a portion of Riverside Drive. There will be live entertainment, food trucks, games, vendors, and festive activities for all age groups.

It will take place on Friday, July 4, and admission is free.

Gates Open: 6 p.m.
Entertainment: 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Fireworks Show: 9 p.m.

Germantown Parks and Recreation is hosting a Fireworks Extravaganza. The celebration is on Friday, July 4, at Municipal Park at 5 p.m.

There will be bounce houses, arts and crafts, fireworks, live music, face painting, and more. The fireworks show starts at 9:10 p.m.

The City of Olive Branch is having its annual Independence Day celebration at the city park on Friday, July 4.

The City of Southaven is having a Fireworks Extravaganza at the BankPlus Amphitheater on Friday, July 4. This event is also free.

Gates open at 5 p.m., and the fireworks will start at 9:15 p.m.

They will have a kids’ zone, food vendors, craft vendors, and more.
