MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two out of the three men charged after a shooting that left a man injured outside the FedEx Hub appeared in court on Wednesday morning.
When WREG first brought you this story we told you a FedEx employee was accidentally shot outside of the FedEx Hub. According to the affidavit, there is much more to the story.
18-year-olds Ja’Marion and Ja’Marcus Odell are twin brothers who are both charged with criminal attempt facilitation of second-degree murder.

Both of the twins, along with Tyreese Earnest, were seen on surveillance video looking through the windows of the victim’s car 20 minutes before the shooting began on October 30.
The three were then seen waiting in another car, parked by the victim. Once the victim approached his car, shots rang out — hitting the victim in the arm and chest.
The victim told officers he only knew the suspects because they worked together and were in the same group chat.
“You each have a bond of $60,000,” said Judge Bill Anderson.
The family has declined to speak with WREG but tells Judge Anderson his boys are good kids.
“They have never been in any trouble, juvenile or anything,” the twin’s father said.
The dad says he is working to hire lawyers, but the twins will be appointed a public defender at this time.
The Odell twins are scheduled to be back in court on Thursday morning.
The third codefendant, Tyrese Earnest, has been released on his own recognizance.
