He is charged with criminal attempt first-degree murder, criminal attempt theft of property $10,000-$60,000, theft of property $2,500-$10,000, and two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An 18-year-old charged with attempted murder after a Cordova shooting is now being charged for multiple burglaries, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.
According to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, Mister Foster was involved in a string of burglaries in March at La Fagota Mexican Restaurant, Vantage Point, and the Mobil Gas Station.
Foster is also being charged with three counts of Burglary of a Building, Theft of Property to wit: Motor Vehicle $10,000-$60,000, two counts of Theft of Property $2,500-$10,000, two counts of Theft of Property: Conduct Involving Merchandise $2,500-$10,000, Theft of Property $1,000 or less, Vandalism $2,500-$10,000, and two counts of Vandalism $1,000 or less.

On Mar. 21, deputies worked with Bartlett and Germantown Police and executed a search warrant in the 1300 block of Noble Avenue in Frayser. They recovered multiple stolen items from the three businesses and other thefts in Memphis.
Foster was charged Friday with attempted theft of $10,000-$60,000, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, and theft of property of $2,500-$10,000.
On Mar. 28, the sheriff’s office said Foster’s arrest was in connection to a February 23 shooting on Afton Grove Road. Detectives say they obtained evidence linking Foster to the shooting.
A man was taken to a hospital in non-critical condition after that incident.
Records show Foster has other open cases involving theft, burglary, and evading arrest, and was out on bond from a previous charge.
