MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Collierville man was taken into custody Friday, months after allegedly setting a catering business on fire, Memphis Police confirm.

Wesley Krajewski, 41, has been charged with arson for the following incident:
On November 8, 2024, at approximately 4:49 a.m., the Memphis Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Fascinating Catering, located at 3519 Summer Avenue.
When they arrived, they reported a “heavy” fire and smoke coming from the exterior and interior rear of the building.
Firefighters made forced entry into the front of the building and extinguished the fire.
According to the MFD, the building sustained $180,000 worth of damage in building and content loss.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
During the investigation of the fire, officers reviewed camera footage which showed a man, later identified as Wesley Krajewski, walking to the exterior rear of the building shortly before the building was set on fire.
Krajewski could be seen leaving the scene and returning to the exterior rear of the building while it was on fire.
Officers said Krajewski then left and stood with firefighters and other onlookers while the building was burning.
Krajewski was allegedly the only person seen on camera walking to the exterior rear porch of the building before and after the fire was ignited.
He is being held on a $105,000 bond and is due in court on Monday.
