MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A family hopes that billboards in Memphis will help them find their loved one, Ronald Dumas Jr., who’s been missing since December.

Investigators say the Alabama realtor was abducted in Huntsville seven months ago, and his phone was traced to the Memphis area; however, they’ve been unable to find him.

The family has five digital billboards in the Memphis area and each of them lists the $7,500 reward for information that can lead to Ronnie’s whereabouts.

For the first time, WREG spoke to his father and heard his pleas for answers in his son’s disappearance.

“It’s been hard, and each day is harder because it’s just too many days in between how long he’s been gone. And it doesn’t take a genius to put two and two together in that regard, that he’s been gone for so long with no inkling as to where he is,” said Ronald Dumas Sr.

Five people in Memphis were wanted and arrested in connection with Ronnie’s disappearance, including Kierra Clark and Quintarius White, who are considered key suspects.

“We hope Kierra talks and puts pressure on Quintarius with what she says, and then we can get Quintarius to talk and fess up to some things, and we want more names,” Dumas Sr. said. “You know, more names, more arrests.

During Clark’s Aug. 1 hearing at the Madison County Courthouse, investigators revealed more information about her alleged involvement in Ronnie’s disappearance.

According to investigators, Clark texted White and encouraged him to torture Ronnie to obtain his bank account information.

“Start pulling his teeth out to make him give up the pin number,” Dumas Sr. said.

A judge denied Clark’s bond and upgraded her kidnapping charges, while White remains in the Shelby County Jail and is expected in court Thursday morning.

Ronnie’s father hopes that both suspects will confess, so the family can finally have closure.

He’s also calling on the Memphis community to come forward with any information that can lead to answers.

“We just need more people in the community to say something, even if it’s something that you thought you saw. Just tell us that,” he said.
