Teen carjacking suspects arrested in Olive Branch; one found in dumpster

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Three teenage carjacking suspects and their alleged victim were arrested after a search by police in Olive Branch, Mississippi on Thursday.

Olive Branch Police say they responded to a call of a carjacking around 3 p.m. on Chateau Drive.


They found the car and one suspect near Hacks Cross and Nichols Boulevard. At that point the suspect abandoned the car and ran away.

Officers found him moments later hiding in a dumpster near Old Goodman Road and Highway 302. He was placed into custody.

The alleged victim in the carjacking, Deunte Green, 18 of Olive Branch, was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
