MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One person is dead, and two others are injured after a shooting in South Memphis Wednesday evening.
Police say officers responded to the shooting in the 1800 block of Kendale Avenue at 6:19 p.m. Three female victims were located at the scene.
One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The third victim was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.
Police say two known male suspects ran from the scene.
