BARTLETT, Tenn. — Shyrll Vickers has been selected as a Tennessee Lottery Educator of the Week.
Ms. Vickers teaches 2nd grade at the Bartlett school.
She says she loves it when she sees a smile on a child’s face as they learn to read.
