GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — Police are investigating a deadly domestic disturbance call Friday morning.
Germantown police say officers found two adults unconscious and injured in the 7900 block of Elm Leaf Drive.
The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The female victim was transported to Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
Police say they are not actively looking for any additional individuals involved in this incident.
